Cancellation Policy

We do not accept client cancellations or refunds once a session has been booked. Please provide a 24-hour notice to reschedule an appointment. All payments must be paid at the time of booking. If payment has not cleared by the time of your appointment, we have the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment at any time.
